Preparing and submitting continuous reports on the activities carried out to superiors and competent authorities.
Holding and supporting summer camps and group trips for students and professors.
Organizing students to carry out extracurricular activities.
Identifying and guiding students' talents in various art disciplines.
Organizing training classes for art and subject instructors or various group instructors and evaluating the activities of graduates in coordination with relevant university units.
Handling and supervising all cultural affairs in student dormitories.
Supervising the implementation of extracurricular activities of various units.
Preparing materials for publications that are printed and published to guide higher education institutions and related organizations, as well as educational, economic, and social planning authorities.
Establishing communication with various university units in order to coordinate extracurricular activities in relation to the goals of the university.
